Hi,
The brickbats and bouquets to which I referred were found from Googling
Ivan Panin. The article I sent is most definitely a brickbat, but
awarded directly to Jeffrey and indirectly to Panin.
I usually refrain from sending articles verbatim, but this is a subject
that I know very little about, and, if I am honest, do not care to
spend much time in original research. I would be interested in
running that C++ program against some text to see what kind of results
are forthcoming.
